Wreath laid at the grave of Private Herbert Morris, 20th September 2018, on behalf of TNCMC, 2nd year in a row.

It is considered a privilage and an honour for members of The National Caribbean Monument Charity(TNCMC) to commemorate the story of Private Herbert Morris each year https://livesofthefirstworldwar.org/lifestory/3131794

Many thanks to Annemie Morisse and her colleagues in Poperinge, Belgium, for assisting Pauline Milnes, TNCMC Trustee, to arrange the laying of a wreath. This is the 2nd and consecutive year of recognition to this youngman who sufferred a fate he did not deserve. On the 20th day of September each WE WILL REMEMBER HIM with a 2 minute silence, and as one TNCMC member stated "God bless his spiritual soul, R.I.P Herbert Morris".

This story is one of many of our hidden history that must be told, which is why the The National Caribbean Monument Charity was initiated.
